Kashkul, the center for arts and culture at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS), proudly participated in this year's Suli Book Expo, sharing a booth with AUIS. Our presence at the Suli Book Expo highlighted Kashkul's dedication to fostering creativity, and engaging with the wider community through the arts and literature.

The event began with a vibrant opening ceremony, where Kashkul organized a musical performance to set the tone for the days ahead.

Throughout the Expo, our booth showcase Kashkul’s ongoing projects, publications, and collaborations. Visitors have a chance to learn about our work in archiving, oral history, visual arts, and community-driven initiatives.
